Add to Cart - Choose your desire gifts and click on the Add to cart button, it will take you to the cart page, You may add more gifts by clicking on "Add More Gifts" Button or Proceed for "Checkout" with chosen item.
Check Out – Click on View Cart and it will take you Cart Page. Here you can modify quantity, or you can remove any extra added gifts, here you can also upload an image for personalized Gifts. You can use "Discount Code" or "Coupon Code" (if you have any), in the Coupon section at top right hand side of the cart page and click on Apply Coupon button.
Enter Delivery Details – In this Page you can proceed with ‘Guest User” or as a registered user. Please enter your complete Billing details and Recipient’s Details Carefully with delivery Date. Provide the recipient’s correct mobile number to contact in need (if address not found by delivery person or they not at home). After filling up all the details click on “Place Orders” button.
Make Payment Online – After Filling up the proper delivery details it will take you a Order Summery page, where you can recheck your order and can modify (if required) and then by click on "Make Payment" button, it will take you directly to the secure payment get way page to pay online, which is 100% secure.

Is there any particular time of delivery?
All Orders will delivered during standard Business Hours ( from 10 am to 8 Pm IST)
Can I send Gifts at Midnight?
We can understand the emotions behind a Surprise at Midnight and for that reason we make possible Midnight delivery too between 23.30 pm to 00.15 Hours in Selected Metro cities. We accept Midnight orders 24 hours in advance. You are requested to choose your Midnight Gift from Midnight Gift Delivery Section with an additional Midnight Delivery Charge.
For Midnight Delivery if you want to surprise your loved ones on 10th, then please choose midnight delivery date 9th and Please write "actual occasion date is 10th" in additional message box in Billing Shipping details Page. We will deliver gifts on 9th between 11.30 pm to 12.15 am.
Are there any Shipping or Delivery Charges?
There are no Extra delivery charges for Standard Delivery service of hand delivered gift items like Flower, Cake or flower combo for any Metro Cities. But delivery in some remote location by hand, Some additional delivery charges may be charged , which will show up on the payment page depending on your chosen location. In general Shipping is free for all gifts which are delivered by courier.
What is the mode of Gift Delivery?
We offer Two Mode of Delivery – Hand Delivery and Deliver by Courier.
How do I place an order without disclosing my personal information for surprise purpose?
We understand your sentiments and accordingly we always try to cater our best services to our customers. Yes we can deliver the gifts with a surprise note as per your instruction without disclosing the sender's name. In that case please leave us instructions to do so in the additional message box – "please do not disclose my name. It is a surprise" we will not disclose it till such an instance where the recipient refuses to take the gift without knowing the sender's name.
But we will need your valid contact details in billing details section for our records and to contact in if and when necessary regarding any order related issue.
What is the difference between Couriered Gifts and Hand Delivered Gifts?
Flowers, Cake or any Flower Combo Hamper will be deliver by Hand on Your Mentioned date or Same Day to your given Location, So these are example Hand Delivery Gifts. In the Cart page the items are marked as "Hand delivery Gifts".
Other Gift Items like Chocolate, Perfumes, Jewellery etc are the example of Courier Delivery Gifts and in product description of those gift items shipping information is mentioned. In cart page the item will be marked "delivered by courier".

What do I do if my money is deducted but the order is not placed yet?
In rare situation it may happen that your ordered amount is deducted but you do not receive order confirmation email to your billing email id. In that Case within 24 hours please call our customer care at +91 7980333534 or write to us on info@giftsmyntra.com. We will help you by verifying with our bank and will process the order accordingly.
Order Tracking
Will my gifts be delivered on the exact date?
Only flowers and cake will be delivered on the exact date requested if you have placed the order 24hours before and in that case you have to choose delivery date.
For other items which are delivered by courier, the delivery date you select will be estimated in nature. The item will be delivered as per mentioned shipping declaration in product description. However we always try to deliver the gifts within or close to your requested delivery date as we are associated with some of India’s best logistics services like Blue dart, Fed Ex, DTDC etc.
How do I track my orders?
You can track your order using My Account Section or by using online Track order section on home page. Also we will send you the tracking details as soon as the order shipped or delivery confirmation to your billing email id.
For Flowers and Cake delivery you can contact us for the delivery status over Live Chat or WhatsApp +91 9038639006 with your order number or please write to us with your order number. We will revert back as soon as possible.
Order Modification/Cancellation
Can I modify my Order Details ?
Yes you can modify your order details before making final payment. After Placing an order successfully if you want to modify delivery date or recipient’s details for domestic order please inform us immediately by phone or by email. We will modify but if the item is already shipped or has gone out for delivery , in that case the modification is not possible.
Can I Cancel the Order?
In case of perishable items like Flowers, Cake or personalized / customize gift items the cancellation is not possible once it is processed for delivery. If you want to cancel the order please immediately inform us by call or email within a couple of hours. If the item not shipped or Delivered then only cancellation will be processed.
In case you cancel the order of perishable products, the cost of the product will have to be borne by you.
In all other items, if we get cancellation request before shipping the items , then cancellation fee of 10% will be charged for processing fee and balance 90% will be returned.
How do I get Refund after Cancelling an order and what is the mode of Refund?
You will get the refund of a cancelled order within 3-5 business days and it shall be credited to the mode (Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Mobile Wallet) through which the payment was made.

Is there any Return Policy?
However in case of wrong product delivery or received the item in defective condition , please take a snap of that received item and let us inform as soon as possible. How do I return a defective items for replacement ?
We always take utmost care in delivering proper items in good condition, but in certain cases the items delivered may be in bad condition due to bad handing by logistics partner or a wrong item may be delivered by the vendor. In those special cases please inform us as soon as possible , we will try to provide the best resolution to solve the issue by replacement the of defective items or wrong items delivered.
